Southern Charm Owners, Carey & Angie Clark , had a vision fifteen years ago to let everyone share the charm of their beautiful property. When purchasing the land over 17 years ago, there were trees surrounding the pond, blocking all of its beautiful views. Carey & Angie worked hard to remove all of those small trees by hand, uncovering the stunning pond tucked away. They both knew at that point this would be something they wanted the community of Social Circle and all surrounding towns to see and share its peaceful scenery. They worked over the past years to complete the barn, which previously was a dirt floor horse barn, in addition to many other projects. They simply cannot wait to show and share the love for this property with all. So whether it be a wedding, community event, life celebration, or any event worth celebrating Southern Charm is your small town gem to do so!
